Elaine Taylor arrived in Taos in July 2017 with her husband (of 37 years) and their daughter. Elaine was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia. From 1994-2012, she and her family lived in Sarasota, FL. For a short period of time, they lived in Charlottesville, VA and Sierra Vista, AZ. They have arrived home in Taos and enjoy the vast mesas, mountain ranges, rich history and culture, and the unique and beautiful architecture.
Elaine has a MA degree in Women’s & Gender Studies, a BA in Organizational & Interpersonal Communication, and an AA in Accounting and considers herself to be a lifelong learner. Elaine is an experienced facilitator presenting topics that support professional and personal development. She has owned multiple businesses as well as worked in many different work environments.
When Elaine is not managing the office, you might find her volunteering with her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop or at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Taos. Or, you might encounter her and her family on a New Mexico trail hiking in the Land of Enchantment. She is a long time scrapbooker and enjoys reading historical fiction and being spoiled by her husband. Elaine classifies herself as a spiritual activist and enjoys blooming wherever she is planted. After growing up along the beaches of Southern California, Jeff moved to Taos with his parents as a teenager. He graduated from Taos High School then moved all over the United States following his passion as a Morning Radio Host. After over 30 years in the radio industry, Jeff decided it was time for a career change and received his Associate Broker Real Estate License in 2018.
Jeff has been married to his wife Melissa since 2000 when they both decided to leave Taos to Colorado Springs, Colorado where they both worked in the radio industry. Born and raised in the midwest, Chad traded cornfields and silos for mountains and rivers in the Pacific Northwest as soon as he possibly could. He arrived in Taos in the summer of 2007 for what was to have been a long weekend hunting porcini mushrooms high in the surrounding mountains and connecting with an old friend. 17 years later, he’s still here. You may have met him vending his flavors of farmed and foraged fungi at the Taos or Santa Fe Farmers markets over the years, running the trails or standing stream side stalking trout with his zen like approach; or more likely, witnessed he and his young son Keenan out on a hair-raising adventure. Much like the hummingbird, his spirit animal, he is rarely seen sitting still. A day without a challenge is a day that’s been wasted.
